Kansas

Laura Kelly issued an executive order intended to extend it, under a state law passed the previous month that gave a panel of top legislators authority to overturn the governor's emergency orders. Kansas City, Kansas, and Wyandotte County, which have a unified government, repealed their indoor mask mandate Dec. 16.
