The Re-Declaration of Independence
The unanimous Declaration of WE THE PEOPLE of The United States of America, when in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to correct the political bindings that have oppressed We the People and corrupted our government for many decades. To assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which force them to demand a purge of corruption, as well as replacement within the Federal government where corruption runs rampant. We the People demand corrections be made in the current government, In reference to corrupted, illegitimate, and traitorous elected officials. New elections will be held within 60 days, with elected officials being installed immediately after fair elections are held, not purchased. Those elections will be handled at the state level, using paper ballots and voter I.D. During which time, the military will keep the peace and order as well as begin prosecuting, by public military tribunal, our corrupted leaders who have been accused of treasonous or illegal acts. No longer will the American people continue down the road of a 2-tiered justice system. These trials will be swift and fair. These stains on the great flag of our nation must be removed publicly, tried publicly, and in cases such as treason, punished publicly.
We still hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. These Rights were not given to us by government, and they cannot be taken away by government. For the purpose of securing these rights for all citizens, new Government will be created of the citizens by the citizens, deriving all their powers from the consent of the People, -- Keeping in mind that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive to itself or the citizenry, it is the Right of the People to change or to expel it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.
Prudence will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light reasons or political causes; and accordingly, as experience has shown us, mankind is more likely to accept suffering as long as the evils are sufferable, rather than to right themselves by taking courage and abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long history of abuses, corruption, and the pursuit of power displays their design to reduce the People under absolute Despotism, it is the We the Peoples right, it is our duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for our future security. --Such has been the patient sufferance of these citizens; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter and correct their existing Systems of Government. The history of the present installed president and the Democratic party, the left, and the media, as well as many other bad actors on the right, foreign and domestic, is a history of repeated treasonous acts, all having in the goal to establish absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
They have resembled a dictatorship with the pen
They have committed treasonous acts by inciting riots all over the country, as well as supporting them publicly, financially, and legally.
They have refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large groups of people, unless those Laws would benefit them in some way.
They have repeatedly written thousand-page bills and passed them without reading, solely based on the title, of which they groomed for public support. This is deceiving to the American People. And is used for the purpose of shaming dissenters into compliance with his measures or be labeled by the opposition.
They have arranged, and or, encouraged attacks on our Representatives personal homes, in public, and excused repeatedly the riots of these past seasons. Especially in the wake of this most recent foul election.
Speaking of which they have refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, after evidence was presented and ignored or not covered to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within. They have obstructed the Administration of Justice, on occasions too numerous to count here. They have threatened to, and have begun moving towards, stacking the supreme court in an undefeatable majority so as to have a hold on the interpretation of the laws of this Republic. They have, and will again no doubt, erect a multitude of New Offices, (official, and otherwise), and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance. They have for many years combined with compromised Republicans to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws, allowing and encouraging some Governors to their Acts of illegitimate mandates and legislation. For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us in Washington D.C. For protecting the traitors, by a 2-tiered justice system, a mock trial, insulated from punishment for any crimes which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States: For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent: For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury: but rather they work toward character assassination and conviction in the court of public opinion, where they control what the viewer sees and hears. They have abdicated our own Government here, by declaring us out of its Protection and waging culture, and group political wars against us. They have encouraged the plunder at our businesses, ravaged our cities, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people. They have masked us, and held unconstitutional lockdowns crushing the economy, and along with it the People’s lives, some lost, some damaged almost beyond repair. And have endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Antifa Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes, and conditions as long as they outnumber you. Now we are expected to give up our National Sovereignty just as we lost our Freedom of Speech, followed by abolishment of the 2nd Amendment.
In every stage of this past election, We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury, threats, cancel culture, and all to often violence. Mr. Biden, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our liberal brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us.
We, therefore, the We the People of the United States of America, in one voice, soon to be assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these States, solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are, will be Free and Independent States again; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the corruption in Federal government, and that all political connection between them and the Democratic Party, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.

Once you allow the the 2nd amendment to be changed then you open the door for them all to be changed!! It's a slippery slope people. Weapons are neither good nor bad; they are just tools that allow we the people to provide a source of food for our families and to defend our selves, families and properties.
It's not the weapons or the manufacturers of these weapons killing people, it's the idiots behind the weapon pulling the trigger without adequate training or knowledge of firearm usage. Problem is the bad guys don't buy their weapons legally to start with or they make them. So added regulations on the law abiding citizens only hurt the good guys.

If you’re going to write a New Declaration of Independence don’t make it for today...but for eternity. Don’t steal from the original, then put third grade words to replace articulate and poetic form. Not only is it nonsensical, but not even amusing. Great idea, but the genius who wrote the original spoke four languages and understood the meaning of the words and the historical background behind every single one of them. Thomas Jeffers was eloquent; Sir you are not.
